Perched on the slopes of Mount Kasuga, Byakugo-ji Temple offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the ancient capital, Nara. Known for its historic “Goshiki-tsubaki” (five-colored camellias), this temple is a sanctuary of peace where time seems to stand still. Through my lens, I’ve captured the delicate harmony between its stone steps and the soft light of the changing seasons.
