Every piece of artwork is printed on-demand with the highest care. However, if any issues occur during printing or shipping, I am here to make it right.
If Your Order is Damaged or Defective
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Steps to take:
- Take a Photo: Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Contact Me: Email the photo along with your order number to [sorte.de.valse@gmail.com].
- Replacement: Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Important Notes
Because each product is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size/address entered at checkout.
